When we first met in May, 2020, he was feeling overwhelmed by the lack of business coming his way and was considering closing his business .. And very nearly did so the following month.
Since that initial meeting, we implemented a Marketing Plan, along with measures to improve his cashflow and ways to lessen his time IN the business via improved systems and procedures.
Since then, he has bought two new work vehicles and employed extra staff to cope with the increase in demand for his services.
His cashflow is positive and the business is now making good profits.
A husband and wife team bought the business in June, 2020 which had been closed by the previous owners some 9 months prior.
An existing client referred me to them in August, 2020 and in September we started working on their Marketing Plan while they worked on their manufacturing systems.
Their website was launched on Christmas Eve, 2020. Three months later they were already supplying to over 130 pet food retailers Australia-wide.
