As such, any recommendations made in the report will clearly take into account your stated goals and concerns.
It’s then time to discuss the report and decide what actions are needed to grow & protect your business.

The owner of this business has her studio in a rural township in South West Victoria.
Her online business was launched in March, 2021 – during the most difficult COVID-19 pandemic times.
However, determined to succeed, she spent many hours researching and learning about marketing and website management.
We then designed and created her website as well as giving her ongoing training and guidance on the use of social media.
Consequently, her business is steadily growing with her individually designed, hand-made products being distributed Australia-wide.
A husband and wife team bought the business in June, 2020 which had been closed by the previous owners some 9 months prior.
An existing client referred me to them in August, 2020 and in September we started working on their Marketing Plan while they worked on their manufacturing systems.
Their website was launched on Christmas Eve, 2020. Three months later they were already supplying to over 130 pet food retailers Australia-wide. Now, 12 months later, that number of stockists of their products has risen to over 200!
