I wrote and published this commentary on being future prepared on 27 November 2019, a time when I was working with a digital marketing agency.
As it turns out, it proved to be somewhat prophetic, however, please read my comment on this at the end of this diatribe. Please – read on……
“Are you and your business prepared for what’s coming?”
The way you do business, especially how you attract new customers and keep existing ones, is rapidly heading towards an almost “mandatory” need for a social media communications strategy that is both defensive and offensive.
By offensive, I am referring to the need to be unashamedly pro-active in marketing your business to your target market.
Special Note: This should include your existing clientele.
For us “seasoned business veterans” it was always face-to-face first, phone second, letter/email third and any other method a distant last.
Now, the rising stars of industry are being educated about social media and use it prolifically to get their business message out there in #cyberspace
. So, it would seem that you need to do likewise! 😎
