The way you do business, especially how you attract new customers and keep existing ones, is rapidly heading towards an almost “mandatory” need for a social media communications strategy that is both defensive and offensive.

By offensive, I am referring to the need to be unashamedly pro-active in marketing your business to your target market.

Special Note: This should include your existing clientele.

For us “seasoned business veterans” it was always face-to-face first, phone second, letter/email third and any other method a distant last.

Now, the rising stars of industry are being educated about social media and use it prolifically to get their business message out there in
#cyberspace. So, it would seem that you need to do likewise!
